To fully insure your investment and provide the peace of mind you deserve, you are provided with a written TDB Performance Warranty.  Your home is covered “bumper-to-bumper” for the entire first year.  Thereafter, mechanical systems, water management and foundation extend for various terms.

Quality Assurance

At Thomas David Builders, our basic philosophy and in constructing your home is to “do it right the first time”, then we won’t have to return to fix it! We produce only a select number of homes each year and Dave and Tom personally supervise and direct the construction of every home.  You can be assured that your dream home is built to the highest standards of quality with absolutely no corners cut.  Every home is structurally and mechanically engineered to last a lifetime.  These “cornerstone” areas are too often cut back to the detriment of the homeowner.  The soil and site are carefully inspected and, if need be, improved to accept the structure.  An engineered foundation and footing, engineered joist, platform and roof are standard.  An extensive perimeter waterproofing package, a true drain tile and gravel backfill with operational sump(s) are installed on every home.
