Holiday Poinsettia Show

When: December 5th – January 4th. 2017

Thousands of poinsettias bursting with rich, vibrant color are a glowing tribute to the holidays, with a 20-foot-tall poinsettia tree as its centerpiece surrounded by a cascade of twinkling white lights, glittering ornaments and the whir and whistle of model garden trains. 

Santa’s Magic

When: Now through December 23rd, 2016

Where: Omaha Children’s Museum

Santa’s Magic is an enchanting winter wonderland populated by friendly characters like the Snow Queen, Holly the Elf, and, of course, Santa. An interactive program is held several times daily and includes lights, music and Santa’s magical arrival. It even snows indoors! It’s truly a memorable experience for each boy and girl, especially when Santa calls each child over by name to hear his or her wishes.  

Holiday Lights Festival

When: Now through January 2nd. 2017

Where: 14th and Farnam Streets

See downtown dazzle! The Gene Leahy Mall will be aglow with hundreds of thousands of beautiful white lights. The crown jewel of the Holiday Lights Festival  is located along Gene Leahy Mall on Douglas and Farnam Streets between 10th and 13th Streets. 

A Christmas Carol at Omaha Community Playhouse

When: December 7th – 23rd, 2016

Holiday Lights Spectacular

When: December 8th – January 1st. 2017

Midtown Crossing and the Holiday Lights Spectacular are proud to be partnering with three impactful nonprofits to raise money and awareness. Children representing each organization will “flip the switch” to start the shows during that nonprofits’ featured week – and donations will be collected at Midtown Crossing retailers.

 

 

Omaha Symphony Christmas Celebration
