Building your home on your terms starts with a trusted partnership.  Consultation will uncover your desired budget, timeframe, home style, site location, and special amenities.  Like a trusted advisor, we promise to share our skill, expertise and experience in answering your questions.  We also promise complete honesty in our feedback.

Consultation, design and drafting of plans for you are always included free of additional charges.  If you already have a plan, we will review the details with you, provide appropriate feedback, and ensure that the plan is well-designed and “buildable.”

You are provided with a very exact cost estimate and specification sharing details of the cost elements involved in your project before construction.  This eliminates any assumptions or misunderstanding in material or finish or price.

Appropriate allowances and professional interior and residential design services are included with every home.  Our designer will meet with you to understand your style and return to you a complete scheme and selection of colors, flooring, accents and fixtures.  Professional results, stress-free!

When your home is under construction, you will be in near constant communication with partners Tom and Dave.  We personally direct the supervision of all our homes.

Upon completion, you will be provided with exhaustive documentation, full customer care and coordination service, and a detailed and extensive written warranty.  Welcome Home!
